HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We operate on a 10-20 business day turnaround time. This excludes all holidays and weekends.
We use First Class USPS Shipping on all orders, unless you purchase a priority label which takes 2-4 business days to be delivered after processing time.
I'M MOVING! CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
No. Unfortunately, we process too many orders a week to keep up with address changes for each individual order. However, you can file a change of address form with USPS, by clicking here. This will automatically reroute your packages. If you're moving, its probably a good idea to do this anyway, so you don't miss any important mail (or magic mail 😉).
MY USPS TRACKING NUMBER HAS NOT MOVED! IS IT LOST?
It's possible. The USPS is reliable but not perfect. If this happens to you, PLEASE contact your local postmaster/post office to assist you in locating the package, and EMAIL me to let me know it is lost. A lot of times, the USPS needs extra time to deliver your package and will sometimes mark it as delivered, but will show up within a week. If you have not received your package in two (2) weeks, please send proof that USPS could not locate your item, and I will gladly re-issue you a new item. No re-issue will be provided unless proof (other than your tracking number updates) has been given to me.
CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ITEM?
No. All sales are final. If your item is damaged, I would be happy to offer you a replacement, but no return will be allowed. If you are having a problem putting your TPCharm Minnies on your magic band, you can send them at your cost to the PO Box address below and we will gladly place them on your magic band for you.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRIORITY MAIL AND FIRST CLASS SERVICE?
This is the speed at which the USPS moves AND SECURES your item. If you purchase the first class service mail and your order is lost by the post office, it is your responsibility to work with the post office to find it, no replacements of product will be issued, however, please fill out our contact form and let me know that its lost, and I will do my best to help. If you purchase a priority label, and your order is lost, it is my responsibility to find it, make a claim, and I will resend your items. If you are in a rush to get your item, or you place a big order it is probably a good idea to purchase the Priority label.
ARE YOUR PINS HARD OR SOFT ENAMEL?
All of them feature soft enamel, however, a select few feature a hard enamel detail. But not to worry! Soft enamel is extremely durable and allows your pins to have a very unique 3D look to them.
DO ALL OF YOUR PINS HAVE GLITTER?
No, not all of them. Everything is offered in glitter unless otherwise stated. You will see the ability of a non-glitter option on the drop down menu of the pin you are ordering. If there is no "non-glitter" option, then it is safe to assume that it is unavailable in a non-glitter option.
HOW CAN I PROTECT MY GLITTER?
You don't need to! Although you can feel the glitter, minimal flaking will occur. My pins have even been ran through the washer AND dryer before, and came out with all of their glitter shining, shimmering, splendid. 😉
